This is sometimes called a PP set, but it is made by Bandai and is actually a Carddass set.  It may also be called the vending card set, since it was originally sold through vending machines. This site (http://www001.upp.so-net.ne.jp/yumetama/trading/FF7.html) says 1 - 2 are "difura" cards while 3 - 4 are prisms.  Most English language sites treat the two types as the same.

About difra cards: Difra (ディフラ) is short for diffraction, these are diffraction foils, designed to reflect the light differently at different angles.  https://www.seal-koubou.com/lab/detail/53 従来の箔押し加工技術では、表現の幅に限界がありました。しかし、技術の革新により、小さい文字や図柄の表現が可能になりました。たとえば、金属の被膜の表面に微細なエンボス加工を施す「マイクロエンボス」技術や、光の反射を意図的に作り出せる「ディフラ加工」技術などです。

マイクロエンボスによる箔押しは、細かい凹凸によって控えめな光沢感を演出できます。ディフラ加工では、見る角度によって光が揺れるように表現できるため、見る度に異なる表情を楽しめる仕上がりになります。
