This is sometimes called a PP set, but it is made by Bandai and is actually a Carddass set.  This site (http://www001.upp.so-net.ne.jp/yumetama/trading/FF7.html) says 45 is "difura" card while the rest of special cards are prisms.  Most English language sites treat the two types as the same.
