Adventures of the Mini-Goddess was actually a separate TV show, featuring all the 3 goddesses in “chibi” size, also known as “super-deformed.”
Surugaya describes the video insert cards as “全巻購入特典” or promos from the purchase of all volumes (of the videos.) Not clear which version of the videos had these.
