It appears that each pack came with either a fairy point card or a “hazure” card (no points). Collectors collected the points and mailed them in for one of several prizes. All of those who mailed in points received a card file. It is not clear how the autograph card was obtained, but it is not listed among the prizes for the mailaway. The promotion card was furoku from a magazine, Jugem, which was published by Media Factory at the time. It is not clear which volume, but the yahoo auction below says it was before the set was released.
