Special Illustration cards are 1 to a box. The promo came in the box, outside of the packs. Inserts were just little ads for the PP cards. Clear cards and Girls Selection cards were one to a pack, but because there are 9 Girls Selection cards, those were harder to finish, M-2 the hardest.
