This is sometimes called a PP set, but it is made by Bandai and is actually a Carddass set. It may also be called the vending card set, since it was originally sold through vending machines. This site (http://www001.upp.so-net.ne.jp/yumetama/trading/FF7.html) says 1 - 2 are “difura” cards while 3 - 4 are prisms. Most English language sites treat the two types as the same.
